• Phytosanitary certificate(P/C) costs $10 additionally upon your request.

   - when you need P/C, please add the P/C into your shopping cart before checking out.

   - Please use your full name in English for phytosanitary certificate when you order.

• The ACTUAL PLANT of the picture will be shipped out if it's only one stock available.

   However, the condition of the plants can be changed during packing or shipping since it’s living plants.

• All plants would be BARE ROOTED without any soil.

• Please note that We DO NOT have any responsibility for any custom issue, confiscation, custom fee, shipping delay, etc.

• It take 3-5 days to prepare shipping after confirming the order.

• For a sub-zero temperature packing, please leave a note in your order, we will use the air-cap
