Shipping cost is subject to change depends on the weight and the destination.
The ACTUAL PLANT of the picture will be shipped out if it's only one stock available and it will be BARE ROOTED without any soil. Sometimes separate offset or leaf, without roots. please understand this happened.

- via Paypal → Click PAYPAL CHECKOUT and its fee (4%) at buyer’s expense.
- via Western Union or Bank Transit → Click CHECKOUT then we will contact you by email to discuss.
Phytosanitary certificate(P/C) costs US$ 10 additionally upon request. If you need the P/C, please add the P/C into your shopping cart from "Succulents ---> Phytosanitary Certificate" before checking out.
Tracking number will be sent automatically by email after shipping, if you don't receive the email, please contact us immediately.
Please leave us a note for a sub-zero temperature packing, then we use the air-cap for packing during the winter.
We CAN NOT issue the Phytosanitary certificate for shipping to Russia due to the regulation of the Russian Federal Government.
We DO NOT ship to Australia, Argentina, Brazil and Turkey due to its strict rules & regulation regarding importing the plants
Phytosanitary certificate is mandatory to ship to USA. To Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico, only DHL available for shipping. Please send us the YELLOW/GREEN LABEL issued by USDA for shipping to USA if you buy more than 12 plants at once.
Import permit is needed to ship to Canada and Philippines please check with the customs first and place an order and provide us the permit so we can ship with it.
We DO NOT responsible for any custom issue, confiscation, custom fee, shipping delay, etc.
Please BE AWARE of your country’s rules and regulation regarding importing the plants before order.
It take 3-5 days to prepare shipping after confirming the order.
Shipping by post airmail EMS, DHL every Tuesday and Thursday.
The shipping date could be rescheduled due to Korean weather condition - we do not ship when the temperature is under -10ºC in the winter to avoid any cold damage to the plants.
