Shipping Costs
EMS or DHL are available for shipping, however DHL is recommendable for shipping during COVID-19 pandemic due to delay of EMS.

CANADA
• Phytosanitary certificate and CFIA Import permit are mandatory for shipping.
• DHL cost $40 up to 12 plants / $65 up to 50 plants / Actual shipping cost will be charged more than 50.
UK
• Phytosanitary certificate is mandatory for shipping.
• DHL cost $45 up to 12 plants / $55 up to 25 plants / Actual shipping cost will be charged more than 25.
USA
• Phytosanitary certificate is mandatory for shipping.
• The import permit and yellow/green label are required for the order more than 12 plants.
• DHL cost $40 up to 12 plants / $65 up to 50 plants / Actual shipping cost will be charged more than 50.
*$65 up to 12 plants to Guam and Puerto Rico
• The IMPORT DUTY might be additionally charged by US customs, and it's at BUYER'S COST.
EUROPE (FRANCE, GERMANY, NETHERLANDS, ITALY, IRELAND, BELGIUM)*
• Phytosanitary certificate is mandatory for shipping.
• DHL cost $45 up to 12 plants / $55 up to 25 plants / Actual shipping cost will be charged more than 25.

RUSSIA
• We CANNOT provide the Phytosanitary certificate*
• EMS ONLY, $40 up to 10 plants / $50 up to 20 plants.
*Please note that we don’t have any responsibility for any customs issue due to this.
JAPAN
• Phytosanitary certificate is mandatory for shipping.
• EMS costs $30 up to 20 plants / Actual shipping cost will be charged more than 20.
• DHL cost $60 up to 20 plants / Actual shipping cost will be charged more than 20.
SINGAPORE
• Phytosanitary certificate is mandatory for shipping.
• EMS costs $30 up to 12 plants / $35 up to 20 plants / $40 up to 30 plants.
• DHL cost $35 up to 12 plants / $40 up to 20 plants / $50 up to 30 plants.
PHILIPPINES
• Phytosanitary certificate and Import permit are mandatory for shipping.
• DHL cost* $35 up to 12 plants / $40 up to 20 plants / $50 up to 30 plants.
• EMS costs $30 up to 12 plants / $35 up to 20 plants / $40 up to 30 plants.
*For some remote area, there will be extra cost $25 to be charged by DHL.
THAILAND
• Phytosanitary certificate is mandatory for shipping.
• EMS costs $30 up to 12 plants / $35 up to 20 plants / $40 up to 30 plants.
• DHL cost $35 up to 12 plants / $40 up to 20 plants / $50 up to 30 plants.
• NO SHIPPING to AUSTRALIA, INDIA, BRAZIL, TURKEY due to its strict rules.
• For the other countries which are not mentioned above, please kindly check with your customs first and contact us with the detailed shipping instruction, so we can follow. We can provide the Phytosanitary certificate with additional cost upon request.
